About Christl P. Glier
Christl P. Glier
Christl is one of the founding partners of Brown Glier Law and her practice is focused exclusively on immigration law. She counsels clients across various industries in securing appropriate visa status and employment authorization for foreign national professionals in the U.S. and abroad.
Christl’s work includes obtaining nonimmigrant employment authorization and lawful permanent residency in the United States for foreign national professionals, managers, executives, outstanding researchers, athletes and religious workers. She additionally assists companies in obtaining temporary employment authorization for professionals on assignment outside of the U.S. She also advises corporate clients on I-9 compliance, E-Verify requirements, and worksite enforcement issues.
Christl graduated from Indiana University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. She earned her Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2004. Prior to starting her own firm, Christl was a partner in an AmLaw200 firm headquartered in Indianapolis where she co-chaired the firm’s Immigration practice and led a variety of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion efforts. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana and the District of Columbia.
Outside of work, Christl spends her time attending her boys’ baseball games and cross country and gymnastics meets and (thinking about) training for her next Ironman competition.
