We are lawyers and professionals deeply committed to our craft. In addition to staying abreast of quickly changing law and policy, we are constantly learning and improving upon our internal processes and workflows. We believe the practice of law should always put client needs first, through equal parts, thoughtful counsel, and efficient delivery of service. Team Values
We are, first and foremost, one team. Each and every one of us at Brown Glier Law has a role to play in the delivery of exceptional legal service to our clients and each one of us is essential to the success of our practice. We huddle daily to not only ensure alignment around client priorities, but also to connect with one another and provide a consistent platform for input from across the team.
We prioritize team building and actively support one another’s restorative time away from the office, including everything from sharing stories of wanderlust, parenting debacles, cooking triumphs, and periodic gardening tragedies. We’ll never tire of sharing pics of our travels, kids, pets, and hobbies, old and new!
Sustainability
Inspired by the United Nations’ Sustainability Goals, we are committed to working with our clients in the most sustainable manner possible. While our legal practice still requires paper filings with various government entities, we implement sustainable practices where possible within the office and in our work with our clients. While good for the planet, these efforts also align with our priorities around efficiency and automation in our service delivery. We’re also still learning and would love to hear about what’s working in your world to make the planet better for all of us.
Community
We think globally and act locally. Working with companies and individuals from around the globe over the last few decades is an ongoing and absolute privilege! We are in awe of, and humbled by, the transformative power of diversity of thought, as well as the tenacity of the human spirit within our communities from small towns to large cities. Through our pro bono and other volunteer efforts, we work with vulnerable populations and non-profit organizations that support these principles.
We are also enthusiastic supporters of local organizations and businesses that celebrate food, art, and culture from around the globe because we love it and for its ability to bring people together. From our home base in the refurbished BABECA Building in the historic Chatham Arch neighborhood, you’ll also find us introducing the team to German-inspired Glier’s Goetta, and enjoying the international flavors available at The Garage Food Hall in Indy’s new Bottleworks District, and supporting our favorite sports teams.
