While our primary focus is on U.S. immigration, we also regularly assist clients with respect to their global relocation needs for short and long-term assignments abroad. We have an extensive network of trusted foreign counsel we partner with to confirm requirements, develop strategy, and prepare and file necessary applications locally and at foreign Embassies within the United States. While working with foreign counsel on behalf of our U.S.-based clients, we can serve as the client’s single point of contact in managing foreign assignments and relocation. These types of assignments can also raise labor and employment, benefits, and tax issues for both the employee and the company. We partner with the client’s in-house and external resources and/or make recommendations for other legal support as needs in these additional areas arise.
