About Rachel Woods

Rachel is the Business Operations Coordinator with Brown Glier Law where she is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operational needs of the firm. As a fervent believer in continuous improvement, she works with the team to consistently streamline processes, facilitate meaningful collaboration opportunities, and build team-oriented solutions to complex problems.

Prior to joining the team at Brown Glier Law, Rachel served as the Office Manager for a local construction company, managing the magnitude of administrative duties required of a small business. Before that she worked in the public sector at the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, where she supported initiatives around increasing the state’s housing affordability.

As an avid reader and writer, Rachel spends her free time at home with her dog, a beautiful all-white husky named Bella. She also spends a great deal of her free time furthering her education, playing board games with family, or exploring other creative pursuits, like painting, drawing, and crochet.
